What are your shipping times? 

Our average shipping time is 15 days, but please do allow 10 - 25 days.

If I order multiple products will they arrive in one parcel? 

Multiple products may come in separate parcels to ensure faster delivery.

Are there any restrictions relating to promotional codes?

Promotional codes can only be used by intended recipient and cannot be transferred to another customer. Promotional codes can only be used once and will expire after use. A promotional code discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including other promotional codes. They cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used retroactively on orders that have already been placed. Discount is calculated on total cost of goods and excludes shipping charges. Promotional codes are issued in goodwill, no further compensation and/or discounts will be made available, whether promotional code is redeemed or not.  Additional Terms and Conditions may apply.

I have entered the incorrect contact information for my online order. What should I do?

If you have entered an incorrect email address for your online order, please contact our helpful Consumer Experience team at info@WeAreBubba.com so that we can send your confirmation and tracking emails to the correct email address. If you have entered an incorrect delivery address for your online order we will do what we can to assist you, just send us an email at info@WeAreBubba.com. If your order has already been despatched, you will need to rectify this with your postal service by requesting a mail redirection. 


What if I change my mind before receiving my online order?

Don’t worry. Simply wait to receive your order. Provided your items are unused you may return them. To return your items for free: Please contact our Consumer Experience team at info@WeAreBubba.com with your order number and the items you wish to return so a free returns postage label can be generated and emailed to you. Please print this label out. Pack your goods in the original box. You may reuse the original outer packaging or a suitable alternative. Attach the return address label firmly to the outside of your parcel. Post within 10 days of receipt of your prepaid label email.


Will I receive an invoice for my online order?

Your official invoice to be used for all tax purposes for your online order is your order confirmation email. This email will be sent to you shortly after you place your online order. A hard copy invoice is not sent with your online order. Your confirmation email includes all necessary information for tax purposes. If your confirmation email does not appear in your inbox it is probably in your junk, spam or promotions folder. If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, please get in touch with us at info@WeAreBubba.com.


Why isn't my credit card being accepted for my online purchase?

If your credit card is not working, check with your bank or financial institution first. There may be a problem with your card or their services are preventing your card from being accepted. Alternatively, try using a different credit card or use PayPal to complete your transaction. If you receive an error message that you cannot resolve with your bank, contact our Customer Services Team for further assistance.


How do I track my online order?

You will receive an email from us when your order is shipped. This email will contain a tracking number and a link which will enable you to track the progress of your delivery. The email will also indicate the date your order is expected to arrive.


What can delay my online order? 

Your order will usually be delivered on time, although delays may occasionally occur. Factors beyond our control may impact delivery times and these may include unforeseen impacts caused by our delivery partners, weather disturbances and system failures. WeAreBubba.com carries no liability in these cases and strongly recommends that orders are placed as early as possible if they are required by a specific date.


When will my online order be shipped?

Orders placed between Monday and Friday by 2pm AEST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped two business days later. Deliveries are not available on weekends and cannot be made to Parcel Locker addresses.


Can I return my items if I have used them?

We Are Bubba's refund and exchange policies only apply to unused items. If you believe that your item is defective or faulty, please contact our Customer Experience Team.
